Can I change or cancel in the app?
No. Call (716) 333-3333 and we’ll help. This app does not manage existing appointments.
Do you take my insurance?
Most major plans are mentioned on our public site. Call us to confirm your plan and benefits.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Ask about CareCredit and payment options when you book or call. Approval is not guaranteed.
What should I bring?
A photo ID and your insurance card if you have one. Your appointment instructions will confirm timing. Many visits take about 45–90 minutes.
